Due to our strong and continuous growth, we are expanding our branches with All-round Preparation Assistants.

Your Job

You have a passion for vehicles and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves? You like doing different tasks in the workshop? Then read on about what the job of all-round preparation assistant entails!

As an All-round preparation assistant you are responsible for initiating the repair process for damaged vehicles. You know what the sensitivities are in working e.g. with steel, aluminium and plastic components. You always apply the correct techniques for sanding, filling and degreasing various components. You are also familiar with applying primers. You know which zones should be treated and masked depending on the damage to be repaired. You have experience with techniques for performing Smart repair (spot repair, polishing, etc.) and Cosmetic repairs.

As an all-round preparation assistant worker you can work both independently and in a team.

You think it is important always to deliver perfect work and view problems as challenges to overcome.

• You have experience in preparation
• Your have good technical and mechanical insight
• You enjoy working independently as well as in a team
• You respect your colleagues and managers
• You always have an eye for detail and delivery quality
• You can also keep calm at busy times
• You are flexible and can handle variation of tasks
• Experience of smart and cosmetic repairs
• Knowledge of working with aluminium, steel and plastic
